Easily upgrade existing test benches to the latest safety standards.
Laboratory workstations are typically equipped with safety systems rated at PLc. For systems requiring frequent operator interaction, the safety level is upgraded to PLd. Systems used in production environments generally feature a PLe rating.
The safety system is implemented via PILZ safety relays or a safety PLC. The latter is suited for complex systems with numerous input signals and advanced evaluation algorithms. The safety system incorporates multiple mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical safety functions, including safety fencing, safety valve blocks, emergency stop buttons, and emergency locking devices.
As a critical component of each test stand, the INOVA safety system is meticulously engineered by our team based on a comprehensive risk assessment that covers all safety-related factors, including intended use. All INOVA test stands are supplied with a risk analysis and a declaration of conformity.
