End-to-end custom test system development: from concept to delivery

Custom Test System Services

In addition to standard pre-engineered systems, INOVA specializes in customizing test systems tailored to your specific requirements and operating conditions.

With our extensive experience, we provide comprehensive support throughout your custom test solution development and debugging process—such as helping you define detailed test parameters and specific technical requirements.

Proposal Preparation Method

We understand that trust and transparency are essential. That's why our quotes and contract proposals feature standard pricing with detailed scope descriptions, including binding parameters, a list of deliverables, and an overall layout of the complete test solution.

Delivery and Implementation

INOVA assigns a dedicated Project Manager to your project and supports you with a team of senior mechanical, electrical, and software engineers. Acting as your single point of contact, the Project Manager ensures efficient communication and guarantees successful, on-time delivery.

Concept Design Phase

During this phase, we will develop the complete technical specification for the system to be delivered. The phase concludes with a design review meeting where functional and parameter requirements are agreed upon. This includes the integration plan with your existing infrastructure, as well as the scope of Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).

Implementation Phase

Includes production design, machining and fabrication, factory assembly, and factory testing. During this phase, we will work closely with you to clarify outstanding details regarding the test system development and laboratory construction. Finally, we will invite you to conduct a Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) via video or in person, based on the scope agreed upon during the design review stage.

On-site Installation Phase

Upon successful completion of the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), the system will be disassembled, shipped to your site, and installed by our mechanical engineers. The project will be considered complete once the system successfully passes all tests specified in the Site Acceptance Test (SAT) procedure.
