The INOVA LEM actuator is a linear brushless DC (BLDC) motor using rare-earth magnets. The primary coil and magnets are housed within a casing that includes a linear guide rail. This standard model features a symmetrical force design with heavy-duty roller bearings to ensure long service life. The INOVA LEM actuator is available in two versions: air-cooled and water-cooled.

Our LEM actuators are designed for direct mounting on T-slot tables or compatible angular adapters with adequate load capacity. Reinforced mechanical stops ensure safe operation of the magnet with connecting rod. The INOVA LEM actuator features a high-precision Heidenhain optical position sensor with a resolution as fine as 0.1 µm, delivering excellent performance even in high-noise or high-vibration environments. Thanks to the fast inverter response time, the magnetic field accelerates the piston almost instantly—ideal for time-critical applications.

Customize Configuration

  • Replace roller bearings with hydrostatic bearings
  • Customize Your Itinerary
  • Low-speed, low-power version
  • Increase lateral load capacity
  • High-acceleration version — reduces motion blur
