The INOVA HU series hydraulic power units deliver hydraulic power for high-precision servo-hydraulic test systems, operating at pressures up to 28 MPa. Standard nominal flow rates are available in 12, 25, 63, 120, 165, 250, or 350 l/min. These units feature constant pressure regulation and include an integrated power distribution board. Their design supports parallel installation of multiple units within a common pressure network.

The INOVA power unit features a pressure-controlled radial piston pump that automatically adjusts flow to meet current demands. System pressure is adjustable and displayed on a gauge. During startup, the pump operates at zero pressure in a hydraulic short-circuit mode. For enhanced safety, INOVA HU series power units are equipped with high-pressure and low-pressure filters featuring blockage indicators. Oil cooling is achieved via an oil-water heat exchanger, with both water flow and pressure continuously monitored. An air-cooling option is also available.

To ensure the highest reliability and safety standards, pressure, temperature, and oil level are monitored by hydraulic and electrical safety circuits. Multiple hydraulic units can be interconnected via optional accessories when required.
